Initially the wrong custom grip tape was sent to me (wrong pic) but the customer service informed me about the mistake even before I received it and sent out the correct one immediately, so it arrived only a couple of days later, still well on time for my kid's birthday. The customer service and communication was excellent! A+++++

My cousin not skate but i remember she liked the stripes of the wood you see on a skate deck when i buy my new deck.
I created a deck of her idol and she was super happy with it so mission completed.
